IMI Precision Engineering, a company focused on fluid and motion control for factory and process automation will unveil its latest IMI Norgren connected products, aiming at supporting customers along their digitalisation journey at the 2019 Hannover Messe. The exhibition space will echo the show theme of ‘Integrated Industry – Industrial Intelligence’ with four clearly structured technology zones covering solutions for factory automation, process automation, service and the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT).
New products for a digitalised future: the IIoT Zone
An updated and user-friendly demonstrator display within IMI Precision Engineering’s IIoT zone will allow visitors to experience the enhanced portfolio of IMI Norgren IIoT connected products first hand. The zone is designed to help explain how IMI Norgren digitally connected products can assist customers, providing essential data intelligence on working product status, performance and failure modes. Among the new IIoT connected product solutions on display will be VP50 proportional valves with IO-Link, VM10 and VS26 valve islands with Industrial Ethernet & IO-Link.
In addition, 34D pressure switches and an FRL with digital gauge both with IO-Link, extend the product choice for customers seeking practical solutions to their industrial digitalisation needs. Furthermore, IMI Precision’s team of experts will be on hand to offer technical support alongside providing live demonstrations of the IMI Norgren Express app.
Electric Actuation for precise motion control
IMI Precision Engineering is launching a range of IMI Norgren ISO 15552 electromechanical cylinders, servo motors and drives at Hannover Messe. With Industrial Ethernet connections, they offer the perfect solution when precise control, accurate intermediate positioning and repeatable motion control is required. In addition to IIoT, IMI Precision Engineering will also display key motion and fluid control solutions for factory and process automation requirements. Here, visitors will be able to see latest product developments, including VM / VS Valve Islands with Industrial Ethernet and IO-Link, together with the cutting–edge advancement to its Air Preparation range which features an integrated digital gauge and 34D digital pressure switch.
